Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can, as long as the item has not been received by the vendor or shipped. If the order has already been sent to the vendor we will attempt to cancel the order, but cannot guarantee that the cancellation will be possible.
How long will it take to receive my order?
The standard shipping time for orders shipped via UPS ground is 5-10 days. Your shipping time will be communicated upon order placement.
Can I have an order shipped to my P.O. Box?
No. The vast majority of our merchandise is shipped via UPS, and a valid street address is needed to ensure proper delivery. If a P.O. Box is used as a shipping address, an error message will appear when submitting the order. We also cannot deliver to A.P.O., F.P.O. or foreign addresses.
Can I ship my order to a different address?
Yes. When you place your order and come to the Check Out screen, just replace your address with the address you want to ship your merchandise to, then continue.
How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping charges vary according to product type and destination.

Our indoor building signs are produced by our partner, SignMojo. They use the highest quality materials available so your signs last and therefore provide a number of guarantees.
Life of the Building Guarantee
Every sign produced by SignMojo is backed by their Life-of-the-Building Guarantee. If at any time during the life of your building a sign needs replacing due to defects in material or because of workmanship, we will replace that sign— free of charge. That’s a guarantee you can feel good about.
ADA Compliance Replacement Guarantee
ADA guidelines are vast and can be intimidating. SignMojo has extensive knowledge of these guidelines and ensure their signs meet ADA standards. If at any time an inspector finds one of your signs does not meet ADA guidelines, SignMojo will replace it for free. No exceptions!
